A beginning...

I started dreaming of Thru-Hiking the Appalachian Trail some years ago. The adventure, the freedom, the sense of accomplishment! I've decided to start this blog because eventually I will hike the AT! I also thought that this would be a nice way for people to keep up on my comes and goings out on the trail. It might not be next year, but I hope it will be 2016. I just have to figure out how I can convince my best friend to drop everything and come along...
